Relocating from the heart of Vancouver’s busy downtown West End, the new St. Paul’s Hospital will better serve the city from an easily-accessible and central location in False Creek, while also addressing the serious seismic concerns surrounding the existing 1912-era heritage hospital.

By combining critical, emergency and acute hospital-based care with community and primary care in one location, Providence Health Care anticipates the new St. Paul’s Hospital will enable smoother transitions for patients at home, in the community or in the hospital.
