Located across the street from Phase 1, and using a similar design and structural ethos, this second phase involved the demolition of the original facility at 575 Drake Street and the construction of a new, thoughtfully designed 10-storey, 55,000 sq. ft. mixed-use building. Completed in July 2022, the new facility reflects a deep commitment to meeting the complex and evolving needs of vulnerable youth in Vancouver.

In addition to providing 40 shelter and transitional housing units – ranging between one-and-two beds per unit – for up to 75 young people, the building emphasizes comprehensive wraparound services, including education and training spaces, counseling rooms, a health clinic, and a full-scale commercial kitchen.
