Constructed with a robust concrete and steel structure, the facility’s foundation is a blend of piles and pedestals, carefully designed to support the varied subgrade, which ranges from bedrock to fine sand. The clean, simple design of the butterfly roof ensures efficient moisture management and provides an ideal surface for solar panel installation.

Inside, the space is designed to feel open and airy, with trusses used to minimize the need for columns, allowing for unobstructed spans across the pools. This design not only enhances the aesthetic of the facility but also optimizes the overall experience for visitors.
