Inspired by the heritage of the pacific northwest, 5055 Joyce Street is an elegant, highly distinctive tower with modern lightweight structural systems, nautical references, and prefabricated elements.

It is a unique addition to the skyline, with its bronze-coloured façade and characteristic exterior structural system dotted with planters. The prefabricated balcony system features a lightweight assembly of outriggers suspended via a system of steel tension rods.
