Oliver Brandt

Oliver brings a practical “builder’s perspective” to all his projects – a nod to his time in the construction industry prior to becoming a professional engineer. He joined Fast + Epp in 2013, having gained a broad range of experience with engineering firms in Alberta.

As part of the firm’s management team, Oliver contributes strong project management and a quiet thoughtfulness when it comes to a project’s design approach. He has become particularly adept with the design of timber structures.

Some of his notable projects at the firm include the Rosemary Brown Arena in Burnaby, BC; Calder Branch Library in Edmonton, AB; and Fast + Epp Home Office in Vancouver, BC.

Oliver received his Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the University of British Columbia in 2006.
