Nick’s signatures are organization, thoroughness and dedication – in all he does, there is an attention to detail that ensures quality of delivery. Since joining Fast + Epp in 2013 from another Vancouver-based consultancy, Nick has stepped into a key role within our transportation and seismic upgrade sectors as part of our management team.
Nick’s project experience is broad, enabling him to be fluent in all building types and primary structural materials. Most recently, he has led the structural design of the Calgary Green Line Indicative Design, Burrard SkyTrain Station Expansion, the Kelowna Airport Terminal Expansion, the Whistler Gateway Loop Transit Exchange, and the Sir Charles Kingsford Smith Elementary seismic upgrade.
Within our office, he is responsible for ensuring the high-level service our clients have come to expect – he oversees firm-wide quality control and project management practices.
Nick graduated from the British Columbia Institute of Technology in 2004 with Diploma of Technology in Civil and Structural Engineering. After gaining some experience as a structural design technician, he returned to BCIT to complete his Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering in 2007.
