Eloise Allsop

Eloise joined Fast + Epp’s Seattle office in 2018 and has since taken on a co-leadership role with her passion for creative design and extensive knowledge of lean principals in construction management. Since joining Fast + Epp, Eloise has worked on a variety of mass timber projects including INTRO Cleveland and the Walmart Home Office.

Prior to joining Fast + Epp, Eloise worked in London as a Senior Engineer for Arup and Webb Yates Engineers, garnering experience from a variety of projects in commercial, transport, arts, and higher education sectors.

Alongside building a diverse portfolio, Eloise has always been a strong advocate for women throughout her career, including her efforts to organize town halls with leaders in the AEC community, lead grass-roots movements on equal pay, and form a zine for women to share experiences, ideas, and frustrations creatively. During her free time, you can also find her biking around the city on her Brompton, playing the guitar (maybe poorly but enthusiastically), or painting portraits of friends and family.

Eloise graduated in 2008 with a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University College London, where she also spent a year on exchange at Columbia University in New York. She also obtained a Technical BIM Management postgraduate certificate from Middlesex University in 2018.
