Colin joined Fast + Epp in 2020, bringing over five years of experience in designing concrete and timber structures. A graduating of Carleton University, he holds a Master of Applied Science in the seismic design of mass timber buildings, where his research focused on adapting advanced structural bracing systems into mass timber structures.

His time in the industry has allowed him to explore various sectors and develop a specialization in mixed-use developments. Through his extensive experience in managing large-scale projects, Colin contributes valuable knowledge to the Towers Division from the design stage through to construction.

As a diligent project manager, Colin is highly organized and skilled at navigating unexpected challenges to deliver successful projects while keeping client satisfaction at the forefront. His expertise in large-scale projects has contributed to many of the firm’s recent projects, including the BC Children’s Hospital Centre for Health Complexity and 981 Davie Street.

Colin completed his Master of Business Administration at the UBC Sauder School of Business in 2025 to develop strong business acumen that complements his technical experience. By leveraging this education in his role as Project Delivery Manager, he enhances design workflows, improves project performance, and manages change initiatives across the firm.
