Christina Brown

Christina joined Fast + Epp in 2025 and has quickly become a major contributor to the firm’s people-first approach and values-driven culture. With over six years of experience as a human resources leader, she is well-versed in talent strategy, employee experience, and organizational development.  

Her background spans a range of industries including hospitality, retail, and tech. Having been an employee for several well-known brands, Christina gained insight into the gap that can exist between culture and branding. This experience has shaped her perspective and motivates her to build internal environments that genuinely reflect an organization’s values.  

Christina’s diverse education includes studies in Tourism and Hospitality Management, Anthropology, as well as a “Ducktorate” degree from her time at Disney University. Most recently, she studied Human Resources Management at Simon Fraser University and holds a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation in British Columbia. Christina is passionate about creating environments where people feel supported, empowered, and motivated to do their best work. Through her collaborative leadership style, she helps align people strategies with business goals to foster an inclusive and high-performing workplace.

Outside of the office, Christina loves to read, cook and bake (a talent that she’s been kind enough to share with the Vancouver office), and spend time outdoors.
