Aislinn Hicks

As Marketing Manager at Fast + Epp, Aislinn plays a key role in shaping the firm’s marketing and communications efforts, with a strong focus on storytelling, visual identity, and translating complex projects into clear, compelling narratives. She helps communicate the impact of the firm’s work while supporting broader strategic goals.

Having joined Fast + Epp in 2024, her diverse background spanning real estate development, financial services, and nonprofit work informs her thoughtful and well-rounded approach to marketing within the AEC sector. Aislinn holds a Creative Communications Diploma from RRC Polytech.

While not an engineer, Aislinn is deeply curious about the built environment and brings a genuine enthusiasm for the projects Fast + Epp delivers, and the communities and people they ultimately serve. Outside of the office, she enjoys staying busy running along the beautiful Vancouver seawall, as well as spending time at the pottery wheel.
