Conventional concrete construction was selected as the most economical structural solution while accommodating the clients design objectives and architectural requirements. The structural concept consists of flat plate floor slabs supported by concrete columns, two concrete transfer slabs, and a central concrete stair and elevator core for lateral stability. This continues into the underground parking level, where the structure is supported on shallow concrete foundations.

Construction started in 2025 and is targeting Passive House standard, with anticipated completion in 2028.
