Fast + Epp Announces Tina Webb as Director of BIM

We are thrilled to announce the promotion of Tina Webb from BIM Manager to Director of BIM at Fast + Epp. This well-deserved advancement recognizes Tina’s exceptional contributions, dedication, and leadership within our team since joining us in 2023.

Tina is a certified Structural Technologist with over 25 years of experience working on structural projects and more than 15 years specializing in BIM. At Fast + Epp, she has consistently demonstrated her expertise. Her goal-oriented approach and problem-solving skills have been instrumental in developing dynamic BIM models, driving increased efficiency and precision across projects, and introducing workflows that enhance our processes.

Beyond her technical prowess, Tina is a passionate advocate for women in engineering and construction. She actively mentors through initiatives with ASTTBC and Women in Construction, serves on the ASTTBC Foundation board, and holds certification as a BIM Professional with Building Transformations. Tina’s leadership extends into the professional community through her involvement in BIMbc and Women in Construction Nanaimo, where she continues to inspire and support peers in the industry.
