Krystal Yee

As Director of Business Development and Marketing at Fast + Epp, Krystal Yee leads the firm’s strategic BD&M initiatives across North America. She plays a pivotal role in aligning departmental efforts with company-wide objectives, championing cross-functional collaboration to achieve clarity, consistency, and measurable success.

Recognized for her calm, confident leadership style, Krystal fosters trust through meaningful relationships and a deep understanding of both systems and process. Her approachable, people-first mindset has been instrumental in building strong internal cohesion and enhancing connections with clients, partners, and industry peers.

A committed industry contributor, Krystal is a past Board Director and current Board Advisor for the Canadian Society for Marketing Professional Services (CSMPS), an active member of SMPS Ontario, and holds an APMP Foundation-level certification. Krystal studied at Central Michigan University, where she competed in NCAA Division 1 field hockey, and completed an Associate Degree in Applied Communication from Camosun College.

Inspired by the innovation and ambition of Fast + Epp’s engineering team, Krystal’s driven by the firm’s mission to elevate structural design and contribute meaningfully to the built environment. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her dog and husband, and cheering on the Toronto Blue Jays.
