Krystal Yee

As Director of Business Development and Marketing at Fast + Epp, Krystal leads the firm’s strategic BD&M initiatives across North America. She plays a pivotal role in aligning departmental efforts with company-wide objectives, championing cross-functional collaboration to achieve clarity, consistency, and measurable success.

Krystal is recognized for her calm, confident leadership style and her ability to foster trust through meaningful relationships and a deep understanding of both systems and process. Her approachable, people-first mindset has been instrumental in building strong internal cohesion and enhancing connections with clients, partners, and industry peers.

A committed industry contributor, Krystal is a past Board Director for the Canadian Society for Marketing Professional Services (CSMPS), an active member of SMPS Ontario, and holds an APMP Foundation-level certification. Krystal studied at Central Michigan University, where she competed in NCAA Division 1 field hockey, and completed an Associate Degree in Applied Communication from Camosun College.

Inspired by the innovation and ambition of Fast + Epp’s engineering team, Krystal is driven by the firm’s mission to elevate structural design and contribute meaningfully to the built environment. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her dog and husband, and cheering on the Toronto Blue Jays.
