Anastasia Hunter

Anastasia is a seasoned operations and technology leader with more than 25 years of experience in professional services, insurance, education, and technology.  Since joining Fast + Epp in 2022, she has led the firm’s Operations department, bringing together technology, administration, and facilities to create the systems that support our people in doing their best work.

In addition to her operations role, Anastasia has served as Interim Director of People & Culture since 2024, guiding initiatives that strengthen connection and engagement across the firm. She views Operations and People & Culture as deeply connected, each shaping how people experience their work and how the firm collaborates and thrives.

Anastasia holds an Executive MBA with a specialization in Innovation Leadership, and brings a people-first, forward-thinking approach to her work. Outside of office, she enjoys exploring the outdoors, travelling, and lifelong learning.
