Ian Boyle presents at RAIC Event on Seismic Design in Architecture

The South Vancouver Island chapter of the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada (RAIC) will be hosting a live webinar on May 26^th on the topic of Seismic Design in Architecture. Seismic considerations have needed to become an integral feature in architectural design, especially in British Columbia. The panel will talk about how seismic design can be introduced and integrated as a creative and complementary component of architectural design and whether adaptive reuse and additions of heritage buildings can help support their seismic up-grading, amongst other topics.
