The Position
We are looking for an Engineer with 4-to-7 years of experience to join our team in our Edmonton Office. We are looking for an individual with a passion for design and who appreciates the growth potential of this opportunity. Experience with complex architectural structures is considered beneficial.

Your primary role will be a project manager for all phases of design and construction. This role includes performing design work, managing junior level engineers as well as project schedule and delivery. You will often collaborate with consultant teams and contractors. The projects will cover a wide range in terms of size, complexity, and structural materials, and you’ll be asked to contribute to multiple projects at once. This job has the potential to include networking and committee/conference activities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from an accredited University
  • Registration as a P.Eng. or ability to register with APEGA
  • Solid grasp of structural principles and fundamentals
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and thrive in a team-based setting
  • Ability to work on a variety of project sizes and types concurrently

The salary range for this position depends on experience and qualifications. We believe in measuring results, not counting hours, which means your schedule is flexible.
