We are looking for an Engineer with 1-to-2 years of experience in our Vancouver Office. We are looking for an individual with a passion for design and who appreciates the growth potential of this opportunity. Experience with complex architectural structures is considered beneficial.
Your primary role will be a structural design engineer for all phases of design and construction, handling everything from finite element models to answering RFI’s. You will often collaborate on larger teams and will work closely with project managers. The projects will cover a wide range in terms of size, complexity, and structural materials, and you’ll be asked to contribute to multiple projects at once. You’ll also work with drafting technicians, remotely with head office employees at first, and then with staff in Vancouver as our location grows. This job has the potential to include networking and committee/conference activities
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from an accredited University
- Registration as a P.Eng. or as an E.I.T. or ability to register with EGBC
- Solid grasp of basic structural principles and fundamentals
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and thrive in a team-based setting
- Ability to work on a variety of project sizes and types concurrently

The salary range for this position depends on experience and qualifications. We believe in measuring results, not counting hours, which means your schedule flexibility.
