The Position
We are looking for an Engineer to join our Vancouver, Seattle, and New York Office. No previous structural engineering experience is necessary. We are looking for an individual with a passion for design and who appreciates the growth potential of this opportunity.

Your primary role will be a structural design engineer for all phases of design and construction, handling everything from finite element models to answering RFI’s. You will often collaborate on larger teams and will work closely with project managers. The projects will cover a wide range in terms of size, complexity, and structural materials, and you’ll be asked to contribute to multiple projects at once.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from an accredited University
  • Solid grasp of basic structural principles and fundamentals
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively and thrive in a team-based setting
  • Ability to work on a variety of project sizes and types concurrently

Salary and Benefits
The salary range for this position depends on experience and qualifications.
