The project consisted of renovating and seismically upgrading an existing 70,000 sq. ft. warehouse and expanding the facility with an additional 40,000 sq. ft. x 40 ft. high warehouse. The structure for the new building consists of conventional steel joist, beam, and column framing. A new mezzanine floor structure in the existing building seismically strengthens the existing warehouse structure.
