The new 2-storey Operations Building was built on existing settlement tank foundations and the foundations of a recently demolished pump house.  The roof over the staff offices features exposed recycled heavy timber framing to further showcase the sustainability of the design.  The project successfully met the City of White Rock’s mandate to be the first new LEED Gold building in Canada.
