The project establishes a civic core in the community of Lynn Valley. It comprises a 3-storey library and a mix of retail, services, restaurants, and offices surrounding a public plaza all situated above a large 2 level underground parkade. The library, plaza, and parkade structure primarily consist of cast-in-place concrete construction, and the remaining buildings are wood frame construction with carefully detailed connections at exposed locations.
