This 8, 825 sq. m. community centre includes a large natatorium, gymnasium, multi-purpose rooms, fitness centre, administration offices and a pre-school area, over an underground parkade.  The primary structure comprises a mixture of steel, cast-in-place concrete, precast concrete, and wood.  Distinctive features include the curving 3 dimensional space truss supporting the radial steel roof structure in the natatorium, and an exposed "floating" glulam roof structure in the central atrium.
