Vancouver-based structural engineers Fast + Epp have designed buildings in British Columbia, Alberta, Yukon, the United States, China, Japan, Korea, and Germany. In its early years the company worked primarily in the private, developer-oriented residential and commercial market. In the 1990’s the Company expanded its practice to include more public projects, with an emphasis on architectural structures. In 2010, the Frankfurt Office was opened in Germany as a milestone in our commitment to excellence and servicing markets abroad. The Company currently employs thirty-three people, including six CAD technicians and twenty engineers, six of whom have post-graduate degrees, and two with LEED® AP designations.

Fast + Epp is fluent with the design of all primary structural materials and has worked on projects with up to $300M capital cost. The firm also enjoys a niche reputation in exposed timber design, enhanced through its affiliation with design-build company StructureCraft Inc.
